How to develop your business. What are the ethics of your business and while developing your business how you maintain the ethics . What about other businessmen around you whom are struggling. They are also desperate to promote their business, doing that as new in the same business market they will target your customers. Will try to give better service than you. It's normal in business. What will you do then ? Here is the main ethic of your own mentality. How do you will develop your business with the younger contestants with new business strategy , new marketing policy , new advertising, branding , keeping your customers more satisfy with new information technology and must be the new mechanical , hydraulic , electrical machines, machine operator, mechanics , and our tropical critical customers behavior and making them updated with all those. Some businessman pull legs of younger new businessmen, try to keep them down to him , they don't try to watch listen and learn from the new comers. What they do is showing off power of their family , position . That's what happened to me also. I was new in the business market , before that I was an employee of multinational company , a news paper , a monthly magazine , add firm, developer , ISP , etc , etc, etc, but in 24 hour of a day I have 10 hour to my employers, 10 hour for my dream job, passion, and was decided that I will leave all jobs whatever salary they may gave me , mean time I got seriously sick. Physically sick. Had some operations. After 3 months I came back to home from national heart foundation & research institute. I become bank corrupted for my experiments on sports, sedan , on road, off road cars, bikes, I modified lots of vehicles. Capital money was my salary and bank loans. That much desperate I was. My home was 44/24 North Dhanmondi, Panthopath , I started my dream job very poorly , but position was prime place . There were me , Mak's Automotive , a multinational CNG conversation company, and one of my neighborhood B.K. Automobile. It's owner is from a reputed family , but he was only H.S.C. passed (that time I didn't know that he is only a H.S.C. passed person and his working experience was just a customer care officer of a local small car showroom) I made a big banner of Mak's Automotive and hanged it in road in front of my home. I worked a very few customers jobs. That time I had a completely made by me back wheel drive sports car , I worked on my own car. A long time. All the people of Panthopath, Kolabagan , Dhanmondi got noticed that I can do these jobs and for the first time I introduced myself it's me Sunny owner of Mak's Automotive. Surprisingly in the same time B.K. Automobile had to change their position from the main road of Panthopath and came behind my home , they needed a place to hang their sign board in the same place where I hanged my sign board of Mak's Automotive. It's only the starting of business development and business ethics what really don't even know. Owner of B.K. Automobile so called honorable person, son of editor of monthly Kalabagan Barta , Brother of chairperson of Kolabagan welfare society, etc. etc. etc. Started pulling my leg, in jealousy of my new tiny small business named Mak's Automotive. One mid night they pull off my sign board and hanged their one in my place. Next morning I saw that and loosed my temper . I trough bricks from the road to the new sign board in place of mine one in day light in front of everyone as protest of their unethical work of mid night trolls. Not in the mid Night. The story is just starting.....
