Position Title: Account/Relationship Manager – Facility Management Services
Key Job Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients to promote the company in the Facility Management and Outsourcing sectors.
• Actively participate in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company growth and revenue targets.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on business proposals, tenders, and service quotations to achieve targets.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Maintain an updated client database and track all leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelors / Master’s degree (from a reputed university)
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in Facility Management Sector or, other Service-oriented industries will be considered as an advantage.
Additional Skills & Requirements
• Communication proficiency in both English and Bengali.
• Strong presentation skill and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Capable of working independently (Self Motivated)
• Expertise in MS Office applications
• Ability to work in a KPI / target driven environment.
• Age Limit: Between 28 and 36 years.
Job Location: Dhaka (with field visits as required)
