If the maid / worker wants to discontinue his / her service then it must be informed to the client before one month's discontinuation .
2. The client will provide / pay salary , accommodation, food, minor medical treatment, 10% yearly increment ( accommodation only for Live-in maid /any worker's ) .
3. MSID takes a payment advance service charge BDT 4000 ( four thousand taka ) and equal to worke
r / maid's one ( 01 ) month salary at the time of agreement or "APPLY NOW" by online .
4. If any maid / worker leaves before completing the duration of the agreement then MSID will not change salary amount for replaced maid / worker .
5. MSID will provide a maid / worker for a client within 7 to 15 days of the signed agreement unless the parties agreed otherwise.
6. After appointment of the maid / worker , if any client unsatisfied , MSID will provide replacement of the maid / worker.
7. MSID takes full responsibility of ensuring safety and security of the client .
8. Client has to pay Eid / Festival bonus @ 50% (as may be agreed upon) of the monthly salary twice in a year of the hired maid / worker , if she / he has provided at least 06(six) month's service prior to the festival in a year.
9. The salary has to be fixed by the client only in consultation with agency .
10. If a maid / worker leaves his / her service suddenly , his / her salary will be forfeited and funded to the MSID, immediately.
11. If any maid / worker indulges any indiscipline activity with the client , lawful action may be taken against the maid / worker in consultation with the MSID.
12. Maid registration at the local Police Station will be performed by the client ( as may be agreed upon) and MSID will provide maid / worker’s details identity to the client.
13. The client can not notify this agreement without an advance notice to MSID.
14. If the client wants another maid / worker , he / she will inform the matter to MSID as the same terms and condition's.
15. A client has to pay an amount equal to 01 (one) month's salary of the new maid/worker to MSID as an advance payment which will be adjusted in equal 12-24 installments against the monthly salary of the Maid / worker.
16. The Client will pay the monthly salary to the Maid through MSID within 1st to 05 (five) days of every month.
17. We always try to provide honest and verified maid / worker.
18. If any maid / worker tortured by client or his / her family member(If It's proved) , then MSID can take up a legal caurse against the client or his / her family member's.
19. Any offence committed by the maid worker , In that case the client should not become inhuman to the maid worker.
20. Notice for every client that the money will not be refunded any reason whatever , here the principle, the service will be provided instead of service but no money.
21. 5% - 10% salary of the maid / worker will be adjusted in equal 12-24 installments against the deposited advance payment made to MSID or any other mode as may be agreed upon.
22.The Client must deposit the agreement money to the MAID SERVICE IN DHAKA A/c No....... of any Brac Bank Branch in Bangladesh or online get way pay, Bkash Merchants account/personal account. Not paid directly to the representative of MSID on without receipt. Thanks.
