These rules and regulations are in place to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and fairness of the facilities for everyone. By signing below, you acknowledge your agreement to comply with all of these terms. General Rules:
- No Smoking: Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is strictly
prohibited within the facility
premises.
- Footwear Regulations: Proper footwear must be worn at all times within the facility. Spiked or cleated shoes that may damage the turf or pose a safety hazard are not allowed.
- Behavior: We expect all visitors to exhibit respectful and sportsmanlike behavior. Any form of disruptive or abusive behavior, including harassment or violence, will not be tolerated. Respect the facility staff and fellow users. Turf Usage:
Reservation & Payment Policy:
Bookings must be made in advance through the designated booking method (minimum ADVANCE PAYMENT of BDT 500 compulsory to confirm a slot). Walk-in use is subject to availability. Booking details will be communicated upon reservation. All payments for (5v5/3v3/Swimming Pool) MUST BE PAID BEFOREHAND of usage of the facilities.
- Footwear Rules: On the turf, only turf shoes or flat-soled sports shoes are permitted. Spiked shoes or cleats are strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the turf.
- Safety Gear: Depending on the activity, appropriate safety gear, such as shin guards or helmets, may be required. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment.
- Player Conduct: Respect fellow players and adhere to the rules of the game. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including verbal or physical aggression, will not be tolerated.
- Turf Care: Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the turf area. Dispose of any trash in provided bins. Report any damage or hazards to facility staff immediately.
- Spectators: Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas and are not allowed on the playing surface.
- Game Duration: Respect booked time slots. Ensure your activity concludes promptly at the end of your reserved time to avoid inconvenience to other users. Swimming Pool:
- Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult while in the pool
area. Lifeguards/Admin Personnels are on duty, and their instructions must be followed at all times.
- Diving Rules: Running, jumping, or diving in any area is strictly prohibited.
- Food and Drinks: No food or glass containers are allowed inside the pool. Consume snacks and beverages in designated areas.
- Hygiene: Prior to entering the pool, users must take a shower to maintain water quality and hygiene standards.
- Health Conditions: Users with known medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy) should inform pool staff for safety reasons.
- First Aid: A first-aid kit is available, and lifeguards are on duty. Report any incidents or injuries to pool staff immediately. Washroom and Changing Rooms:
- Respect Privacy: Respect the privacy of others in these facilities. Avoid any behavior that invades the
privacy of other users. Refrain from loitering in these areas.
- Cleanliness: Keep the washroom and changing areas clean and tidy. Dispose of personal items and trash in provided bins. Notify facility staff of any issues requiring attention.
- Use of Amenities: Use of facility amenities, such as toilets, changing rooms, hair dryers or showers, is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate of others.
- Inappropriate Behavior: Inappropriate behavior or loitering in washroom and changing areas will result in immediate expulsion from the facilities. Food Kiosk:
- Queue Etiquette: Maintain a respectful and orderly queue. Follow any instructions or policies set by the
food kiosk staff. Allow space for other customers.
- Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the food kiosk area. Support the facility by purchasing items from the kiosk.
- Cleanliness: Dispose of trash responsibly in provided bins. Keep the food kiosk area clean and free from litter. Report any concerns about food quality or service to facility staff. Liability and Responsibility (Applicable to All Facilities):
- Liability Waiver: Users of 6ixCT facilities acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for their safety and well-being while using the amenities. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of minors under their supervision.
- Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6ixCT, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from their actions or participation in facility activities.
- Photography and Video: By entering the facility, users grant 6ixCT the right to use photographs and videos taken during their visit for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Damages: Users are financially responsible for any damages to the facilities due to their negligence or deliberate actions. Report any accidents, incidents, or damages to facility staff immediately.
- Guest Responsibility: Visitors bringing guests to the facility are responsible for informing their guests of these terms and conditions and ensuring their compliance. 6ixCT holds the full right to refuse entry of any guests.
- Lost Items: 6ixCT is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Users are advised to secure their belongings. Lost and found items will be kept for a limited period, and inquiries can be made at the facility reception.
- Reporting Concerns: Users are encouraged to report any concerns, safety hazards, or incidents to facility staff immediately.
- Release of Liability: Users release 6ixCT, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of their use of the facility. This release extends to all forms of injury, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or financial harm.
- Fatalities: Users acknowledge that while every effort is made to maintain a safe environment, recreational activities inherently carry risks, and serious accidents, including fatalities, can occur. Users understand and accept this risk.
- Assumption of Risk: By signing this agreement, users acknowledge that they are engaging in recreational activities at 6ixCT voluntarily and at their own risk. Users understand and accept that 6ixCT, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or harm that may occur during their visit. Safety and Security (Applicable to All Facilities):
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures posted in each facility. In case of emergencies, follow instructions from staff. Do not use facility equipment or amenities during evacuation procedures.
- Video Surveillance: For security and safety purposes, the premises are under video surveillance. Footage may be reviewed in the event of an incident.
- Medical Assistance: In case of injury or medical emergency, facility staff will provide first aid or call for emergency services if available. Users are fully responsible for providing accurate medical information or seeking medical treatment at their own expense if required.
- Right to Refuse Entry: 6ixCT reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person who violates these terms and conditions or exhibits disruptive behavior. Such decisions will be made at the discretion of facility staff.
