Unfortunately this one did have some glass cancer but all the heavy surface scum was removed improving the overall appearance of the glass.

Remember glass cancer CANNOT be cleaned-the glass would need to be replaced to have the glass looking 100% aesthetically again ✨✨✨

Let’s chat bond cleans.

And let’s first address that the level a professional bond cleaner cleans to us not the same as you clean your property. Many areas in a bond clean have seldom or EVER been cleaned thoroughly by a tenant.

It’s NEVER ‘just a wipe over’.

These photos (and we have 100’s more like them) are pretty typical of what we see in a bond clean.

Secondly, we supply absolutely every thing: cloths, scourers, brushes, mops, mop bucket, razor blades, vacuum, products from degreaser to grout cleaner, stainless steel polish to oven cleaner, floor cleaner to glass cleaner.

We have to deduct tax, insurance and the like.

So when people baulk at a quote for let’s say a 4 bed 2 bath home for $900 let’s break that down a little.

In a reasonable maintained condition this size property on average takes us 10-14 hours so let’s divide it down the middle at 12 hours.

$900 divided by 12 hours = $75ph BEFORE a single deduction of our expenses

Deduct expenses including but not limited to tax, travel, insurance, tools & equipment etc and that’s far from what a business ‘pockets’.

A lot of the time cleaning clothes, sponges, scourers & tools for bond cleans also need to be thrown out and replaced because of the condition of the property.

After the bond clean is completed we also still have to wash, clean and sanitise cloths, tools and equipment that can be salvaged.

And now let’s talk about what actually is required to be done in a bond clean.

We’ve based this on a standard sized low set 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 living, 1 media room dwelling.

Now, we also 9 times out of 10 complete these in a single day (unless the property is in real poor form) which the average person would not be able to do to the standard professional cleaners do.

Hence why professional cleaners exist.
