Hi All..This is Another reason why we suggest a fully pre purchase inspection or post purchase inspection of your wood heater in your new Home. Lucky for this customer they didn't light the fire before having it checked out. The previous brick chimney was removed below the roof line and a new tin roof was installed ,then the roof plumbers had put a rubber boot deck tight around the active flue. Could have ended very badly. Please have your Wood Heaters checked before Purchasing.

Hi Everyone.
It has been brought to our Attention that our Business has been attached FRAUDULENTLY to a call back system via Messenger to a company "Fresh ducts cleaning" who claim to offer chimney sweep services as well, we have had 2 Customers this week who have both been pulled into this scam and have been charged outrageous fees apon completion, Today's Customer calling me directly to quere the excessive charge , once he had realised that it was neither Myself or Brooke that attended ,he was then made aware of what has Just happened to him, ..., PLEASE be aware of this and ALL enquiries to be made through 0423255948 either via calling or texting and NOT MESSENGER, where they have somehow have been able to attach callback details to some of our customers .
We have been in touch with our lawyers and will be pursuing this further, as impersonating our business that we have worked extremely hard for over the last 30 years will not be taken lightly.

Happy Sunday Everyone.
It's with great regret that after 30yrs we have had to Re-evaluate our business due to an injury that occurred September last year that has not got any better and I have just worked through it, unfortunately with a rotator main tendon tear and a bicep seperation that has forced me to stop what I love most about my job.Thank you to Brianna Woolf from BeeZy Remedial Massage Clinic & Chair Yoga and Alexia ostiophy for Keeping me going, You girls are amazing ,but For the next six to eight months we will not be able to do any Replacements, Removals or Installs of any Wood Heaters ,but we will continue to service and maintain wood heaters throughout the Yarra Valley and surrounding areas for our fantastic customers. It is slow and steady but we are working through a massive workload as per normal and we appreciate your patience. If we have not got back to you within the last 3 to 4 weeks I apologize sincerely but only being Brooke and myself and there are only so many hours in the day. We are thankful for many friends that have opted to pick up the heavy side of our business , Rob Allan from Swift stream plumbing and gasfitting and Peter Furley from Stoked Industries will be assisting us where they possibly can and I honestly can't thank them enough.
