Hi There!
My name is Nat and I'm based at Arrawarra. As a personal trainer, i am passionate about helping my clients find "the why" they exercise -their motivation. For me, it's all about mental well-being. But it's been a journey.....
In my teens, i was primarily motivated by vanity and body image. While in my twenties, i discovered competitive sports and was driven to perform. But then i had children and for a time lost all motivation to exercise. Having always been active, i found this time confusing and didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. But by changing my mindset to exercising for mental wellness, i started feeling better within myself and found my motivation again. It really was a case of Mind over Muscle!
Now i work at a strength-based gym in Coffs Harbour. I love the work there as well as the amazing people i get to work with! But i am even more excited to offer personal training services closer to home including one-on-one training, group sessions and outdoor circuit classes.
