PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING MY SERVICES! PAYMENT CONDITIONS - All work carried out by Lisa's Cleaning Services is payable at the completion of the clean. It must be paid to me direct in cash or if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, this must be done no later than 48 hours prior to your booking. Failure to do so will mean your clean will need to be rescheduled
until the service has been paid for in full. BOND GUARANTEE - Please note, I do NOT offer a bond back guarantee. This is simply impossible to guarantee as it depends on so many different things. I cannot possibly know the condition of your property at the time your tenancy commenced, therefor, I am unwilling to guarantee your bond back. If we have missed something (yes, we are human), or have not completed to a high standard, we will most certainly return to rectify this. This must be brought to our attention within 12 hours of completion. If you have had other services enter the property after us, we will not take any responsibility for any mess made by them. PRICING - Please note I do NOT offer a flat standard one for all price on any of my cleans. Each clean is different and charged accordingly. I do not put an hourly rate or hourly limit on your clean. I quote as per your needs. I use a QUESTIONNAIRE to help me to put together your quote and to schedule the hours and staff required for your clean. I stay until every item on the checklist has been completed, hence why I do not charge by the hour. If you do not want to complete this questionnaire, I am unable to assist you with your clean. INCLUSIONS - Carpets, window cleaning, window tracks and blinds are not standard inclusions in any of my cleans. Please discuss this with me if this is something you require. PHOTOS - I take before and after photos of all of my cleans. I also take photos of any damage to the property to avoid any discrepancies. By booking my services you are agreeing to the use of such photos to be used for marketing and advertising purposes. No personal details or addresses will be disclosed.
