My name is Tess, and The Kindness Effect was created from one simple belief…

Kindness can change lives.

Like many people, I have experienced loss, hardship, and moments where life felt incredibly heavy. But through those times I also saw something powerful — when people show kindness, even the smallest act can completely change someone’s day.

A kind word.
A helping hand.
Someone simply showing they care.

Those moments create ripples.

I started The Kindness Effect because I believe our communities need more of that. More compassion. More people looking out for each other. More reminders that nobody has to face life alone.

Our mission is simple: help as many people as possible and inspire others to pass kindness forward.

Because when kindness spreads, something amazing happens — it becomes contagious.
