Hey Everyone.

I'd just like to address something. I do charge cancellation fees, especially for last minute cancellations on end of lease cleans, spring cleans and mostly oven cleans. I'm only a small business and if you're booked in and cancel last minute, I understand things happen but you need to understand that, that hugely affects my day, income, schedule etc it's written in the header of this business page that cancellation fees apply and if you don't pay it after cancelling last minute, I will ask for a deposit to rebook you or I won't allow you to book back in. I don't like to turn away business, but unfortunately when you're running a small business and rely on the money to keep a roof over your head, sometimes we have to turn people away who haven't done the right thing by us. I'm very understanding and empathise that things happen out of our control, but, just like a hairdresser, manicurist, lawn mowing business etc cancellation fees need to be paid. I appreciate your understanding 🙏
