Long term readers of my posts here will be aware that each year I go west in support of the flying doctor service. This year we are catching up on Bash events, see Big Red Bash and Mundi Mundi Bash, unable to be held due to covid restrictions. Bashes, with me attending as part of the crew, are scheduled for April, July and September, I will not be available during these months. I ask all my customers to accept my apology for these breaks in service and hope we are able to work around the inconvenience caused.

Hello all, I have been reviewing the covid rules, new conditions were imposed yesterday, which clarify the type of work allowed. I am able to do move out cleaning, providing the house is unoccupied, or attend in case of flooding. I will be available during the lockdown at quite short notice. I hope you all keep well we get through this in good health.

The Mundi Mundi Bash has been delayed due to covid, one result is that I will be back at work from about the 28th of July, please contact me from then to arrange the work you require. Thank you all for your perseverence and patience, normal service will resume soon.
The Birdsville Big Red Bash was huge success with 10000 people attending the three day rock fest, no covid, all closely monitored by QLD Health who provided a rapid testing service on site. Queensland Ambulance turned up in numbers with vehicles and an air conditioned ward and an on site clinic. Great music, great crowd, a great event, a world leading mass music event , a first since March 2020.

I am going to the bush this year to support the Bid Red Bash in Birdsville and to the Mundi Mundi Bash out of Broken Hill. These remote music events are being staged to raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service and because they are great fun events. Working on these events is how I holiday and this year I will be away from 20/6/21 until 30/8/21. It is a big time comittment and I understand many customers will have to wait until September or seek an alternative service. It is painful to leave my customers and hope they return when I am back to work, however I also believe there is benefit to the outback community which justifies my taking this time to support them. I trust you will understand and forgive my absence.

I was shocked this morning to hear a customer was charged more than $250 for a move out pest treatment. My customers can get a move out treatment, when also getting carpet cleaning, for $110. If you do not have carpet, call me and you will still save many dollars. During this difficult and stressful time, I will remain available to provide normal services, my pricing will not change and I am flexible in helping you maintain your required level of social distancing. Keep well and we will soon be out the other side, will the world be different? Better is my hope.
