At Whyalla professional cleaners, we take great pride in the quality of our work and always strive to leave every property looking its best. While we do our utmost to ensure every detail is attended to, we are only human, and on occasion, something may be unintentionally overlooked. We kindly ask that the property be checked within 7 days of the completed service, and if there are any concerns or anything that may have been missed, please let us know in that time frame and we will happily return to rectify it. Please also keep in mind that over time, dust and dirt can naturally settle again, and cobwebs may reappear after the clean has been completed. This is why we ask that you inspect your property as soon as possible and that you have only 7 days to do so. 😀🫶✨️

1. The "Hidden" Business Costs
Say a cleaner charges $55-$70 per hour it doesn't mean the cleaner is "rich". After they pay for the following, their actual take-home pay is much lower:
• Professional chemicals (not just cheap supermarket brands). Plus shipping, which is $35 per 25lt off chemicals.
•Insurances (Public Liability and Workers Comp to protect your home).
• Superannuation and taxes.
• Travel and fuel between jobs.

2. The "Physical Toll" argument
Cleaning is "back-breaking work" that wears out the body fast.

"You dont blink at paying a plumber $120/hr to fix a leaky tap but you judge a cleaner for charging $60/ hr to prevent build up of bacteria/mould and allegens in your home that affect your familys daily health" 🤷‍♀️
