Women in Business Luncheon – Young Leaders

What powerful speeches from both Mayor Jacinta and Ashleigh. It was so inspiring to hear how these young women have built their journeys and stepped into leadership at such a young age.

One message that really stood out was the importance of having the confidence to say yes to opportunities, while also knowing that it’s okay to say no when something isn’t right for you. This really resonated with us at Pressure Force, where we believe in backing our people to step outside their comfort zones, take on new opportunities and grow along the way. 💧

Women of the Pilbara Forum 2026 💗

What a great couple of days for our leadership team, hearing from some incredibly inspiring women and connecting with others from across our local community.

There were so many honest stories, great conversations and different perspectives shared throughout the day. We each walked away with more than we expected.
