(TERM-seal®) is a corporate entity formed in March 2003. The directors are highly regarded and have proven track records spanning three decades or more in their chosen fields. In 1997, entomologist Phil Hannay, and industrial chemist Roger Franklin began working on novel and ecologically sound systems for termite-proofing new and existing structures. The aim of their pure and applied research was

to devise a proprietary product range that would provide eco friendly, cost-effective, easy to install alternatives to existing methods of termite protection while reducing exposure of installers, home owners and the environment to pesticides. In 2002, this closely knit partnership began realisation of the developed systems with the attributes they were seeking. A great deal of research and development, testing and regulatory compliance was required to turn this concept into the highly efficacious products that form the TERM-seal® systems. We are proud that our company and products are wholly Australian owned and manufactured - by us in our specialised factory in Brisbane.

TERMSEAL is hitting the road for PESTECH 2026!

We'll be at four events across the east coast, so come find us for hands-on product insights and a closer look at the full TERMSEAL range.

We kick off in Brisbane on 29 July at Carina Leagues "Wade Core Function Centre", then head to the Gold Coast on 30 July at Southport Sharks "Riewoldt-Dempsey Rooms". A couple of weeks later we're in Sydney on 11 August at Bankstown Sports Club, before wrapping up in Newcastle on 12 August at Club Macquarie.

Expression of Interest is now open for our Face to Face Training Day. This session is designed for installers who have already completed the online accreditation and want deeper, hands‑on product training.

You’ll get practical guidance on the full Term‑seal product range, see the materials in person, and run through correct installation methods for new builds, renovations and add‑ons. It’s also a great chance for newer Precon installers to ask questions, pick up tips and build confidence.
