🚩Just some important information about company policy regarding- Bookings, Cancellations and COVID19.🚩
BOOKINGS & CANCELLING
● Once a booking is booked, a MINIMUM 24hrs notice is required for cancellations, reschedules etc.
●Cancellations can be made by phone call, email or sms to 0413339303 or via Company page.
●Late cancellations, made without a minimum of 24hrs notice, will incur a cancellation fee. (Cancellation fees are equivalent to one 1 hour of cleaning)
●*Lock-outs, where we are unable to enter a property after having a booking, incurs an additional call-out fee
*Lock-out fees (ie. cancellation + call-out fee) are equivalent to two 2 hours of cleaning.
🤧🤒TESTED POSITIVE TO COVID19?🤒😷
If you have tested positive for COVID19 it MUST be 14 days since testing positive before another clean can be done.
We work with people who can get quite ill from COVID19 and pride ourselves in the safety, health and wellbeing of our clients and workers.
