Busy behind the scenes ✨

The past few weeks have been full of early mornings, late afternoons, plenty of linen, and keeping businesses and accommodation spaces across the Southern Downs looking their best.

We’re incredibly grateful to continue supporting local businesses, accommodation providers, Airbnbs, offices, and commercial spaces throughout our beautiful region.

There’s something special about helping create clean, welcoming spaces for both locals and visitors to enjoy 💛

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful clients and hardworking team for keeping everything moving.

The Southern Downs certainly keeps us busy — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

🧽✨ TUESDAY TIPS ✨🧽

Do you use lots of soaps and chemicals in your mop bucket?

We’ve been cleaning one venue’s floors for a couple of days now using only hot water… and the amount of soap still coming off the floors is unbelievable! 😳
The bathroom tiles especially are holding onto layers of built-up soap residue. Every time we mop, the water is still coming off dirty, while more and more suds appear.
One thing is clear — the floors were filthy underneath all that product build-up.
Too much soap can actually create problems: ✔ Leaves sticky residue behind
✔ Traps dirt faster
✔ Makes floors dull and slippery
✔ Becomes harder to properly clean over time
The truth is, you don’t need excessive chemicals if you’re using a clean mop and the right cleaning method. Sometimes less really is more. 💧🪣
A clean floor shouldn’t feel sticky after it dries!

May 7th has been a significant date for some people in our lives and in business over the years… but today, we chose to spend it doing what we do best — working hard, staying grateful, and helping bring something exciting back to life. ✨
Today the team had the privilege of cleaning and preparing the former Killarney Fuel site ahead of its grand reopening, and we’re genuinely excited to see this local space getting a fresh new beginning.
No matter what life throws our way, we’ll always choose kindness, professionalism, and pride in our work. 💛
Here’s to fresh starts, clean spaces, and continuing to move forward with integrity and heart.
