One of our jobs today. The owner of this house moved back from interstate and was devastated to see the state of her carpets. The tenants had dogs living inside also. We vacuumed then pre sprayed the carpets with our detergent solution, gave it a good scrub with our machine and followed with hot water extraction with the carpet wand (as pictured) After this process we went back over the surface lightly with a fresh cleaning pad and encapsulating solution. The owner was very pleased with the results.

Phil is currently browsing the bikes. Thank goodness it is a museum and they aren't for sale. However there is a fierce gift shop that he hasnt noticed yet. I can see it will be a costly visit.

Today we tackled an unfortunate sheep break in for this homeowner. After a good scrub and hot water extraction we have managed to get the carpet back to this.

If you are trying to contact us please use the mobile number 0417304050. Aussiebb have messed up our phones. We were to have NBN connected which they have postponed indefinatly. HOWEVER they still went ahead and changed our phone to a voip service which requires the NBN being connected. Our phone landline has not been working since 1st December. Now they tell me i need to go and purchase another piece of hardware to make my phone work again. Not happy
