Stunning Ferrari 360 Modena in Grigio Titanio (Titanium Grey) through the workshop a little while ago.

Paint corrected to remove minor swirls and holograms really amplified the modern colour and the gloss levels were then locked in with Nv Lustre spray sealant. Interior and engine bay detail finishes it off nicely!

A family friend from WA wanted a V series panel van. However, as the business which converts them is based in Melbourne, it made sense to buy the donor vehicle here and ship it back to WA when finished.

So after sourcing a VF Series 2 SSV Ute in Heron white, it was dropped off at V-Antz in Campbellfield where Anthony and his son Joshua produced and installed the panel van canopy.

Once completed, it came back to me so I could give it a final detail including paint correcting the original paintwork before being loaded on to an interstate trailer for the long trip to Perth.

Final couple of photos show it with the cool ‘Sandman’ retro decals which now adorn it as it drives around the streets of Perth.

Brand new Kia Sorento GT Line in classy Aurora Black Pearl.

Interesting back story to this one.

The tint and coating applied through the dealership was sub standard so a full refund was provided and the owners sourced professional businesses to remove/reapply the tint and coating.

Obviously the coating fell to me. I’ve attached some photos showing visible ‘high spots’ ie. coating which has not been correctly levelled/buffed clean. When this dries, it cannot be removed by washing it away. It needs to be buffed off which is what I proceeded to do to the whole vehicle.

Two layers of CARPRO CQuartz Professional now adorns the paint and the owners super happy with both coating and tint (Tint a Car Knoxfield).

The two most frequent comments I received from customers when they viewed this new electric car was:
- wow, I love the colour and;
- what brand of car is that?

A relatively new player in the Australian electric car market is Zeekr (the luxury brand of Geely) with their 7X Performance AWD.

Finished in Forest Green metallic, it received an enhanced external coating package (3 layers in total) plus wheel faces and glass.

The biggest issue for me was trying to take photos of the glossy, curved bodywork without getting my reflection in the background!

Back when Australia had a car industry, cars like this were the ‘people-movers’ of today.

The XD Falcon would comfortably fit 5 and its engine/driveline was pretty robust which is why the taxi industry loved them.

This Falcon S-pak however is more skewed to performance and was ordered with a 351 V8, 4 speed manual transmission, power steering and air conditioning.

Finished in factory Onyx Black, it had been given a closed door respray during its working life which was looking a little neglected with evidence of scratches, scuffs and marring.

A solid couple days were spent correcting those issues to restore its paint to mirror finish followed by application of a ceramic coating to lock in all the goodness!

The owner of this black i30N loves his car.

Loves how it drives, how it sounds, how it handles.

Loves how it looks. However the Phantom Black paint was looking a little tired with water spotting, light marring and scratches plus some high spots from the original ceramic coating (applied through the dealership) spoiling the visual aesthetic.

A good couple of days were spent removing the old coating and blemishes associated with this being a daily driver. Hours spent cleaning the front grill intakes, rear roof spoiler, badges, door handles and all the nooks where dirt loves to hide.

Coating of choice was CARPRO CQuartz Professional (for certified installers only). Glass, plastics and wheel faces were also coated ensuring the outside now looks the part.

What makes this coating package even more special was that his wife gave it to him as a Xmas present 💝

My final post of 2025 showcases a beautiful magnetic grey metallic Mustang GT that received the Summit Paint Protection Package (paint, glass, plastics and wheel faces) to keep its external appearance looking like new.

A repeat customer recently acquired this GLC300 from a local dealership and while they tried to entice him into their paint protection package, he had no hesitation in returning to me.

After a thorough wash, a closer inspection showed it had already been ‘paint corrected’ with telltale signs of buffing residue in door gaps, badges and trim. The paint was hazy and lacked clarity while most curves and small edges were missed entirely most likely as a result of using the biggest pad you could get.

Like most things in life, preparation is key. If you don’t have the best surface to begin with, then all you’re doing is ‘locking in’ those blemishes and no coating on the market can mask those imperfections.

The customer chose my Summit Coating Package (plus optional interior protection) which took a full week of preparation and application.

It also includes the first wash to check everything is working as it should plus my Maintenance Wash kit to ensure you’re using products that make future washes easy and are kind on the paint.

Super excited to have worked on this Nissan 350Z Roadster.

Very popular when introduced in Australia back in 2003, they became an instant hit with demand exceeding sales expectations.

This one owner vehicle was treated to a ‘birthday’ with a closed door respray in its original colour of Le Mans Sunset Metallic.

It was then delivered to me to enhance gloss and clarity while rectifying some minor blemishes before receiving two layers of CarPro CQuartz Professional. Wheel faces and glass were also treated.

Just in time for summer cruises 👍🏻

New black on black Kia Sportage looking very stealth and ‘undercover’ after receiving the Summit Ceramic Coating Package (paint, plastics, glass and wheel faces).

Now easier to maintain and clean, keeping that new car look for much longer.

Brand new Hyundai i30N Premium having just received the Summit Coating Package of exterior Carpro ceramic coatings - wheel faces, plastics, glass and of course paint.

Pleasingly, this was one of the better dealer delivered cars I’ve worked on so an enhancement polish was all that was needed to amplify the gloss and clarity before being coated.

One thing I find with i30N owners is they ‘bloody love their cars!’
