Regan’s Property Maintenance and Landscaping is seeking to hire an enthusiastic subcontractor gardener. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a gardener or laborer to join a dynamic company in the Yarra Valley.
**Position Description**
Regan’s Property Maintenance and Landscaping (RPML) specializes in creating and enhancing outdoor landscapes through planting, pruning, and maintenance.
**Core Objectives Include**:
- Performing yard work, including raking, mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching.
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Operating machinery, including power tools and ride-on mowers.
- Adhering to safe work practices and identifying potential hazards.
- Servicing and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Operating a car and trailer.
**Other Duties**
- Completing additional tasks as required by management and other departmental personnel.

**Job Type**: Subcontract
**Expected Hours**: 24 – 40 per week
**Schedule**: 8 - 10 hour shifts
