Unfortunately, someone recently attempted to break into our machine locks using a drill or sharp tools to steal cash. they severely damaged the locks on most of the machines in this attempt.
We kindly ask everyone to use card payments as much as possible while we resolve this. We are working hard to repair and replace the damaged locks as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and continued support!

Please call on 03 5782 2512 if you need any kind of help with cash payment. we might be able to assist remotely with coin payments.

Hello everyone, we are going through some payment issues at laundromat due to Telstra network outage in the area.

We are unable to process the card payments on the kiosks( Card reader) as it works on cellular network with its own SIM card instead of WiFi. the support team advised that we may have to struggle unless network issue is resolved by Telstra.

According to the information provided on Telstra’s website, network issue is expected to be resolved by 6pm on 27th Nov.

Kindly bring the COINS when visiting the laundromat during this time.

We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience from everyone.

We are in constant contact with the support team and seeking alternatives to fix the issue.
We will update on the page as soon services are resumed. Thank you
