Prestige Cleaning Wagga is a leading commercial cleaning business dedicated to delivering high-quality cleaning solutions to businesses in Wagga Wagga and the surrounding areas. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Operations Supervisor/Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
Ensure compliance with established cleaning standards and procedures.
Train and motivate cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Client Management:

About the role:

Prestige Cleaning Wagga has a newly created role that would be ideal for someone who is hard working
but values flexibility in the hours worked. Initially to be offered as a part time position working 30 hours
per week (6 hours per day) the successful applicant will be given the opportunity to grow within the
business and take on more responsibility if they wish. The role will see someone handle all the office
tasks associated with the day to day running of the business. Above award wages will be offered with a starting salary of $52,000 per year.

Duties:

Duties will include but aren’t limited to the following:
• Support overall company operations by maintaining all office systems and processes
• Attend to day-to-day enquiries and emails
• Manage staff, liaise with clients and complete schedules and rosters
• Process fortnightly pays and monthly invoicing
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with system implementation, update records and databases
• Assist with HR management and staff training and development

Ideally you would have or are able to obtain

• Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Check
• Available to work Monday to Friday
• A current driver's license and own reliable transport

- Previous experience cleaning schools or commercial properties;
- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision;
- Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Check;
- Available to work Monday to Friday;
- A current driver's licence and own reliable transport.
