✨ A Kind Reminder ✨
We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes illness strikes unexpectedly.
To help keep our team and their families healthy, we kindly ask that if anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, or other contagious illnesses, please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling your clean.
Our team works in multiple homes each week and many of us have young children and family members we’d like to protect from illness. Unfortunately this week I personally have had to cancel three customer bookings due to my own illness which has now passed onto my young children. But also our new employee has become unwell & has had to be off sick, but she also has young children too. It comes with a domino affect 😟
We truly appreciate your understanding and honesty. Your consideration helps us continue providing the best service possible to all of our wonderful clients. 🤍
