Werrington Eco Megawash is seeking a Self Serve Car Wash Attendant to work at our car wash in Werrington with occasional work at other sites. The position is to perform the following duties in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a high level of customer service and car wash appearance:
Male & Females applicants welcomed!
Self Service Car wash experience is preferable,but not essential.
• Ensure car wash has sufficient Chemicals and equipment is in working order.
• Keep car wash building and site neat, clean & free of debris.
• Cleaning: Building ,wash bays, emptying rubbish.
• Cleaning and maintenance of Mud Pits.
• Site maintenance - sweeping, shoveling, etc.
• Must be able to identify car wash equipment issues and communicate to appropriate parties.
• Available to work on the weekend and be flexible to work outside normal trading hours.
• Must attend mandatory meetings as designated by site manager.
• Quality Control of Carwash Equipment and maintenance as required.
• Customer Service Skills is a must.
• Greet car wash customers and assist them in completing their transaction and attending all automatic washes.
• Must show ability to communicate with team and customers efficiently.
• Must be in supplied uniform at all times.
You will need to be:
• Enthusiastic, energetic personality comfortable engaging with customers and site employees.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and able to work unsupervised.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting is required.
• Be able to lift up to 25kgs on occasion.
• Reaching above shoulder height and bending below waist.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Be able to work unsupervised.
