Did you know that Rug Washing has been around for centuries?
We use a process call Full Immersion Washing. As the name suggests, this means your rug is washed when it's fully saturated. We use professional cleaning detergents that we have helped create specifically for rug washing!
Your rug gets thoroughly rinsed at multiple stages to flush out contaminations, soiling and our cleaning agents (lots of rinsing and repetition here!).
Our rug centrifuge then spins out 95% of the moisture, and your rug is ready for drying in our climate-controlled drying room. At a toasty 35 degrees, it's not a bad place to be on a gloomy day.
With time and advancements in technology, we can clean rugs more efficiently & effectively than ever before, but the core process remains the same as it always has been.
