A chocolate drink was spilled on this couch after the person tripped and fell. The problem with chocolate is it is full of tensens and can be very difficult to remove, but with our know how and using the correct chemicals it was removed without any stains.

Powdered chocolate of some sort was spread on this carpet by a dog, chewing the packet and a lot of saliva involved.
This is an expensive wool carpet, which is cream in colour and the owners tried to remove it themselves. By adding liquids and scrubbing, you are spreading the chocolate/whatever and forcing it deeper into the fibers also taking a chance at wrecking the fibers in the carpet and it will always look different. Best bet is to call a professional for large spills like this straight away.

Someone turned up to a job which was wool carpet that a dog pad bled onto and also somehow got coffee, grinds and chew them up and put them all over the carpet. It was just in one room and the quote was ridiculous, but was brought down to a reasonable price eventually.
The problem is the technician obviously had no idea what he was doing when he turned up with a machine that looked like a Bunnings’s rental and wet the hell out of the wool carpet. You will see by the photos that the wool carpet has brown from over wetting. He told the client that this would disappear into the three hours, which was absolute rubbish.
I got called in and was able to remove the browning are using the correct chemicals and technique.

Blood removal: Blood is always difficult to get off. It needs to be done as soon as possible and certainly do not put any more liquid on it. Otherwise, it just goes in deeper or spreads. It will often wick back up, and this is why usually to get blood out is not cheap as the carpet guy will need to return.
