To our valued clients

We understand that this is a time of uncertainty and increased precautions surrounding COVID-19. At Rocket Pest and Termite, we will continue to operate to help protect our clients and their homes. We have added in additional control procedures and precautions to keep us and our clients healthy and safe.
Some of these procedures include:
•We will be wearing disposable safety gloves during each customer visit
•Washing our hands frequently, especially before and after each visit
•Disinfecting all equipment used which comes into your home
•Wearing a mask if requested by you as the customer
•Will not be attending your home if we are unwell
•We provide contactless payment options through EFTPOS or via direct transfer
•Will be assessing the risk associated attending each home
•If the customer is confirmed to be in self isolation, we can adjust the services to only be completed externally.
