SOME FUN SPA CARE FACTS:
Just a reminder about sanitising your spa.... It is different to sanitising a pool.
In a spa, it is necessary to SANITISE and OXYSHOCK.
Our products are PURIFY (which is the chlorine based sanitiser) and ELIMINATE (which is the oxygen based SHOCK).
The sanitizer is half the cost of the shock.

FIRST AND FOREMOST
We wish to thank our loyal customers for their business and to let them know that we will be shut for a little while to tend to medical needs.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Our last day OPEN at the shop will be Tuesday 26th March 2024.
If you are coming in for a water test REMEMBER to bring your list or photo of chemicals you have at home so we know how to properly instruct you on how to administer test results.
Remember too, that test results are only good for the day they are run and you need to allow the time (around 15 minutes) when you come into the shop to cooperatively come to the best course of action for you pool.
To customers (or former customers - maybe??/) who don't like to be prepared when coming to our Tuncurry Pool Shop, our best wishes in your alternative options.
Ultimately, our insistence that customers prepare for their water test is to ensure two things:
1) THAT THE BEST OUTCOME IS ACHIEVED
2) THAT SAVINGS, WHERE EVER IT CAN BE MADE, IS APPLIED.
After all, we do want you to not only come back, but to see the wisdom we want to share and feel you can TRUST what we advise.

To the gentleman from Red Head who walked out of my shop today because he was too busy to bring a water sample back to make sure his pool was safe for his children/grandchildren..... know the following: The SALE does not matter to us. Our consistent correct and professional advice DOES matter.

When you are heating your pool and you have a pool blanket on it and your CHLORINATOR output is set to ZERO and your home chlorine test results are indicating Orange and Yellow, the pool is absolutely UNSAFE for swimming.

Unless and until a proper professional photometric test is done and interpreted correctly, the correct chemical and advice to rectify the hazard cannot be made. Your impatience can cause your family harm.
A swimming pool should be a happy and safe place. Water Chemistry and biology needs to be properly monitored and corrected before swimming.

Just as you would not feed your family lumpy milk with a use by date from last year, you wouldn't let your kids swim without a proper test and professional advice.

Good Morning Everyone!
We are back in lockdown once again from midnight last night.
We have our water test table operational outside the front door. Please follow all the instructions including wearing of mask over both your nose and mouth.
