WE DO ONLY REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING

2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom - $90
2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom - $110
3 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom - $130
3 Bedroom / 2 Bathrooms - $150
Services include:
- Dusting / Removal of visible cobwebs throughout the property
- Vacuuming of all floors and couches throughout the property
- Mopping of all tiles / floorboards throughout the property
- Surface cleaning on general areas (eg: coffee table, tv unit, dining table etc)
- Bathroom cleaning - shower and screens / bath / vanity / mirrors / toilet
- Kitchen cleaning - benchtops / sinks / cupboards / kitchen window
- Sweeping and general tidy of balcony area
- Emptying of bins change your bin liner (provided by client)
Extra's (on top of standard clean):
- Oven Cleaning - $60
- Range Hood - $40
- Microwave Cleaning - $20
- Replacing Bed Sheets - $20 per bed (new sheets provided by client. This will include washing and hanging out existing sheets onsite)
- Windows (Inside) - $10 per window
This is not an end of lease clean, it is expected the house is of general cleanliness prior to work being completed. If not the clean may be cancelled.
