We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas with their family and amazing New Year celebrations! 🎉 🎊

Starting February 1st 2022, prices will slightly increase across most of our services. This approximate 5% rise is to compensate CPI Inflation and business running costs.

Customers that are already booked after February 1st, before receiving this email, will keep the current price. If you book a service for after February 1st during this month of January, that service will be at the new increased price.

All January bookings are at the current price.

As Loyal Customers you will always still receive 10% off all General Pest Treatments when you book within 12 months from your last service.

Our website and social media page will be updated to reflect new prices once January is fully booked out.

Dear Customers,

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a greater impact on the communities we serve, we have taken additional actions to ensure that we will continue to provide our essential services to protect your family and home safely and without interruption.

Prior to arriving at your home, your technician will sms you the day before to confirm your appointment as normal. If you are scheduled for an interior service, we will ask if anyone in your residence is ill with viral symptoms or quarantined. If so, we will only perform exterior services. We will not enter your home.

In some cases, our services can be performed outside your home without entry or human contact. If entry to your home is required or requested, it can be done with limited human contact.

When servicing indoors, we will always utilize applicable personal protective equipment such as: a facemask, gloves, etc.

Our team members remain vigilant with existing health precautions such as regular hand washing and disinfecting service tools and equipment after every home visit.

In addition, payments can be made via EFTPOS using Tap-and-Go or by reading your card number out, avoiding contact.
