Hi Everyone, welcome to 2021 and the 'wet season'. We've had several enquiries about why our service guys are attending properties in the rain. Very simply, pool equipment requires checking and salt cells need cleaning to allow for the continued production of chlorine. We also need to monitor chemical balances but will only add chemicals if absolutely necessary.
We strongly encourage you to take a sample of water to your nearest pool shop to have chemicals checked between services in wet and hot weather, as pools can turn green very quickly during the summer months in North Queensland.
Please be aware that we do our best to attend to all requests, but because of demand we have to prioritise equipment failure over chemical concerns, which is why we recommend having your water tested between services.
