Terms and Conditions for Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a full charge for the service.
Notification of Cancellations:
To avoid charges, cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Any charges incurred due to a late cancellation will be billed to the client and must be paid in full according to the payment terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Acceptance of Terms:
By booking our services, the client agrees to these cancellation terms and conditions.

Everyone’s health and safety are our utmost priorities. If you or anyone in your party are actively going through chemo or experiencing any symptoms of illness within 14 days leading up to your scheduled service, please inform us immediately.
In the event that any member of your group fails to disclose illness symptoms and exhibits flu-like symptoms while we are providing our service, we reserve the right to discontinue the service for the safety of everyone involved. Please note that in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
