🚩 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 🚩
To new and existing clients,
Tidy Titans Cleaning Services charge 50% of the amount of your (the client) quote/invoice if I receive less than 24 hours notice when you would like to cancel a clean.
All bookings are priced and planned to a time schedule, it is important for me to have access to the location at the time of the booking. This booking may be altered within 24 hours notice.
In the circumstance that I am not able to enter the location of the clean, I will contact you and wait 15 minutes after the arrival time. If you do not contact me in those 15 minutes, the clean is automatically cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee (50% of quote/invoice)
All payments are to be made within 2 days after the clean has been completed. Failure to pay in this time frame will result in a late fee (20% of quote/invoice) and cancellation of remaining bookings until payment has been made.
