🏆 Galactic Donuts TBL Championship Game🏆

The Galactic Donuts Toowoomba Basketball League Final is here and it’s sure to be a cracker.

The Southern Cross Bricklaying Eels have been the team to beat all season and the Dairy Farmers Milkos are the ones up to the challenge.

Tonight both teams will be playing for championship glory as they play in the Men’s Toowoomba Basketball League Championship Game.

Come on out to Clive Berghofer Arena, St Marys as we get to see the best basketballers in Toowoomba face off in what will be an entertaining game.

Congratulations Kaitlyn! We are so happy to support our up and coming talent 🏀🏀👏

Kaitlyn Horncy has been super busy for the past week representing Queensland at the Australian Schools National basketball Championship.

Kaitlyn was selected from the 10-12years Qld Schools State Championship back in May as the top ranked referee at the tournament.

Feedback received from nationals educators and officials ranked Kaitlyn in the top two referees for the tournament alongside fellow Queensland official, Cameron Williams from Ipswich.

Kaitlyn worked hard for the honor to officiate the girls gold medal game between Victoria and Queensland.

She impressed the panel so much, that she was also invited to referee U18 games at the tournament, demonstrating her 3PO skills, and further cementing her accolades at the National event.

As a year 11 Student at Centenary State High School, Kaitlyn will be available for the National Event again in 2023 when it is held in Perth, WA.

We would also like to thank our Toowoomba Basketball Partner Washed On James who kindly donated their TBL winnings in assisting Kaitlyn to the nationals.

Congratulations Kaitlyn on your dedication to basketball officiating.

The Results are in as the 2022 Mens Pizza Guardians TBL championship was decided last night as the Washed on James Mustangs came out on top over the Westridge Fruit & Vegetables Warriors in a entertaining hard fought game.

The Result was decided in the last few minutes of the game as the mustangs took control late in the 4th as big time players stood up.
