This is what can happen when you burn your wood heater too hot. Steel buckles, bends and twists when red hot! This baffle plate will have to be cut out and replaced. The baffle plate plays a very important part in the efficiency of your wood heater and it needs to be in good condition. Contact me for a full wood heater, cowl and flue inspection and clean.
