🌼 Meet Brodie — Our Newest Team Member at Home Help with Tess
We’re so excited to welcome Brodie to our Home Help with Tess family.

Brodie describes herself as bubbly, kind, and always thinking of others — and it shows in everything she does. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her surrounded by family and friends, cooking up something delicious, or unwinding with a bit of reality TV.

With years of experience in childcare, Brodie brings a beautiful mix of knowledge, patience, and genuine care. She holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and has worked as an Early Childhood Educator with Bright Beginnings and Temora Preschool. Through this work, she has gained strong experience in understanding and supporting behavioural needs and challenges in children aged 0–12 years.

She also comes to our team fully credentialed, with her First Aid certificate, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening, giving families confidence that they’re in safe, capable hands.

Brodie has always had a passion for supporting people, and now she’s excited for the opportunity to support individuals and families in their homes — knowing that people often need just as much care, reassurance, and practical help there as anywhere else.

What matters most to Brodie is simple but powerful:
treat others how you want to be treated.
It’s a value she carries into every shift.

She hopes to bring plenty of practical help, a sense of relief, and — most importantly — a smile to the faces of the clients she supports. Her goal is to make people feel cared for in the best way possible.

When we asked why she chose Home Help with Tess, she said she’d always heard wonderful things and knew it would be a great place to work. We’re thrilled she trusted her instincts, because she already feels like such a natural fit.

Planning Your Services Over Christmas & New Year 🎄✨

To help us support you during the Christmas and New Year period, we’d love to know your service needs between 22 Dec – 4 Jan.

🛑Staff will not be working on public holidays or weekends during this time.

📅If your regular clean falls on a public holiday, please let me know whether you’d like to cancel or reschedule.

⏰Rescheduling may be difficult due to limited availability, so we encourage you to get in early with your requests to give you the best chance of securing your service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we plan ahead to ensure everyone’s needs are met 🌸

Over the past few weeks, we’ve farewelled some wonderful clients as they’ve moved out of town or completed their service journeys. It’s been a privilege to support them, and we wish them all the very best in their next chapter 💛

We couldn’t be more excited to introduce Marley "Marls" Holder to our incredible team! Marls is bringing her passion, dedication, and AIN-certified expertise to help make everyday life a little easier for those who need an extra hand.

What makes Marls stand out? She’s a natural when it comes to organisation, communication, and hard work—three qualities that will make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Growing up in a family-run pub taught her how to juggle responsibilities, support people in various ways, and handle whatever came her way with confidence and care.

Beyond work, Marls is all about comfort and creativity—she loves organising spaces, listening to music, and sparking meaningful conversations. She finds joy in helping others, lifting people’s spirits, and making their day just a little bit brighter. 📢 Important Update – Surgery & Business Continuity

Hi everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to share some personal news. On Monday, May 5th, I will be undergoing hip replacement surgery. While I might be a little harder to reach or take a bit longer to reply during my recovery, I want to assure all my valued clients that services will continue as normal.

I am incredibly grateful to have a dedicated team ensuring everything runs smoothly in my absence. Your support and understanding mean the world to me, and I appreciate your patience if responses are a little delayed.

If you have any last-minute changes to your services or bookings, please let me know by Saturday, May 3rd, so I can make the necessary arrangements.
