We’ve had an incredible time attending the Carpet Court Conference in Cairns!

It was wonderful to spend a few days connecting with the Carpet Court Head Office team, catching up with fellow store members from all around the country, and meeting with our valued suppliers and industry partners.

Events like these are such a great opportunity to learn about the latest flooring products, design trends, and innovations within the industry — all while strengthening the relationships that help us continue to grow and improve.

Sunday morning at the Bay 🌊

There's something special about Port Stephens this time of year — quieter mornings, cool sea breeze, perfect "open the doors and let the house breathe" weather.

Speaking of which — if your carpet's smelling a bit musty after summer or your blinds aren't doing their job, this is actually the best season to sort it out. Cooler weather means less humidity for prep work and faster install times.

A bit of honest advice from us 👇

Always take samples home before you commit.

The lighting in a showroom — any showroom — is never the same as the lighting in your home. A carpet or vinyl that looks one colour under our LEDs can look completely different in your morning sun, your evening lamp, or sitting next to your existing furniture.

We always send customers home with free samples. Lay them down, walk past them for a few days, see how the light hits them at 8am and 6pm. Then decide.

Small thing. Saves a lot of "I didn't expect it to look like that" moments later.
