1—Design
Taylex, your builder, or your installer will create a tailored design for your setup, ensuring everything meets council requirements and works perfectly for your block.
2—Quote
Once the design is in place, we’ll give you a quote covering the supply, installation, and commissioning of your system.
3—Installation
If you're building a new home, your Taylex system is installed before any other construction begins. We’ll work with your builder or plumber to make sure everything is set up perfectly, with minimal disruption.
4—Commissioning
Just before you move in, your builder will arrange a date to get your system up and running—this includes installing the irrigation and making sure everything’s up and running.
5—Servicing
Your first 12 months of servicing is on us. All home sewage treatment systems are required by law to be serviced regularly, often quarterly. After that, we offer simple, hassle-free annual servicing contracts to ensure your system stays in top condition for years.
