Spent all day pressure cleaning an old Queenslander in Clifton AND yes it is the season for spiders and webs- this house covered in them- so we dusted them away and then pressure cleaned the house, varanda, beams, outer gutters, window and screens AND chucked in some free furniture cleaning ❤️

We recieved this email upate from a client. We had disovered one of her panels looked pretty damaged and so concerned we contacted our friend who is a solar installer. His response was of urgency and he said to let her know immediately to get an electrician out, turn off the solar as it was a fire hazzard and extemely dangerou!!

Our client could not have seen this herself and we are so happy nothing happened!!!!

As part of our cleaning service We will check your panels firstly and note any issues, contact our specialists to assess. We also have a local solar specialist on hand for referal.

You don't know if somethig is wrong with your solar panels if you can not see them- but we can...

Here is my update, so far.
Tried to get help from a few people to no avail.

Rang our insurance company to see what they would advise.

Have had the roof inspected. Twice.
Have had the solar panels and inverter inspected.
Result - we are getting a new roof and solar system. The solar will be equivalent
to what we have now.

Someone will out to let us know what the next step will be in the next couple of
days.

We wait and see.
