We have expanded our services! We are now available for all services across more areas of Sydney Metro!

For the remainder of the year we have the following options available:
🔵 Appointments available for service within 3 weeks with David. New and existing clients welcome!
🔵 Joe is currently booked out for 2025. Now taking bookings for mid January 2026 onwards. Existing clients only.

We recommend booking NOW to secure your preferred date and time for service this season!

This season we have the following options available:

- For existing clients only: Current wait time for bookings with Joe is up to 6 weeks in advance.

We recommend booking NOW to secure your preferred date and time for service this season!

We are now closed for annual leave, and will reopen from August 11.
During this time we will be away from our office with no access to phone, voicemail or sms and limited network services for email access.
All general enquiries and new booking requests will be attended to when we return from August 11.
We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to being of service to you again when we reopen.

A reminder to our clients that we are down to the last few days before we close for leave this winter.

If you have been meaning to give us a call regarding a booking or any other enquiry, we recommend you jump on the phone or send us a message NOW.

Once we are closed, all new booking and general enquiries will be attended to when we reopen from August 11.

Letting all our clients know in advance we will be closed for extended leave this winter.
During this time we will be away from our office, and not available for any bookings, nor contactable by phone or email during these dates.
If you were thinking of booking soon or during these dates, we recommend you contact us ASAP to book your service in before we finish up.

❗️Due to poor weather and washed out works, we have placed a temporary hold on all new residential bookings with Joe ❗️

As a result we currently have the following procedure in place:

➡️ All new residential bookings and enquiries are currently being added to an ordered list in our system.
➡️ Once the weather clears and Joe has caught up on washed out works, we will be following up on new bookings.
➡️ You are welcome to add your job to the list, and we will be in touch when we are able to advise availability.

Bookings with Joe are expected to be up to 4 weeks in advance.

ℹ️OR if you need an earlier booking, we are able to refer you to other local companies who may be able to complete your service sooner.

We will continue to attend to all internal and commercial works as usual, and attend emergency live termite work within 48 hours.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we try to best manage at this time.

Our office is now closed for leave and will reopen from January 9.

If your enquiry is regarding any emergency issue or appointment booked during this period, we will respond when we are available.

All other general enquiries and new booking requests will be attended to when we reopen from January 9.

The next available residential appointments with Joe are from February 2025, and due to high demand and staff shortages we are not able to accept any new clients at this time.
