It’s never to late to ask someone how they are. Take a second out of each day, so you can really check in with those around you. You may never realise the impact the words “Are you okay?” could have. Showing you care and that you are there for someone really does go a long way. Also please take a second to check in with yourself and know that asking for help makes your brave and so resilient.

How clean does this kitchen look?! Do you wanna do know what we do in a weekly kitchen clean to get results like these? Then keep reading ⬇️
Step 1: We tidy up
Step 2: Dust The surfaces
Step 3: Wipe down and clean the cupboards
Step 4: Wipe down the backsplash
Step 5: Clean inside and outside the microwave
Step 6: Wipe inside and outside the oven
Step 7: Clean the outside of fridge (inside of fridge clean out, wipe down and organise is an extra)
Step 8: Cream cleanse the sink
Step 9: Polish the sink and tap
Step 10: Wipe down the bench top.
