Just one of those periods where you got to listen to some slowtempo while smashing out some work.

Most businesses know it's been a rollercoaster this year: the wars overseas causing inflated fuel prices, mixed with increased interest rates, the confusion of house prices, the introduction of surcharges being put onto businesses, and hearing businesses left, right, and centre going out.

Just want to say we are very grateful for everyone that supports us, from friends and family to customers who value our work and what we believe in. Just want to reaffirm that we are here for the long run, for the good and bad times

A new skill we are implementing , especially with bikes, is the utilisation of a very small spray gun. Doing so allows us to spray self-levelling coatings into those super intricate parts this Triumph Rocket presented to us. From the individual spokes to the fins on the motor, this bike was virtually coated on all surfaces. Utilising a special coating from IGL Coatings, their wheel coating is a magical piece of tech. It withstands heat from the brakes, wheels, motor and exhaust, self levels on all surfaces, creates a long term hydrophobic surface and can go onto many substrates!

We also applied some PPF onto the headlights, increasing the visibility and lifespan as bugs and stones will deteriorate it over time.

P.S. does this bike remind you of batman?

Rose-tinted glasses? Not just in our industry but in every aspect of purchasing something.

Sometimes the sales can be a bit deceptive and overpromise you on things that aren't actually a thing.

Some of them include the actual size of an item you buy from Temu

Someone telling you, how their SoundCloud rap career is blowing up!

Ceramic coatings that are fire- and scratch-proof.

Somewhere along those lines you may be made to believe that ceramic coatings are bulletproof but in reality they are not. The bottom line is they are designed to help maintain the quality of your paint through long-term hydrophobics and UV protection. If you want to learn more about ceramic coatings without being oversold, I'd recommend either reaching out to us or doing your own research before coming to a conclusion.

Ever wondered the limitations of a ceramic coating? You always get sold on what it can do. But what about what it cannot do?

Be sure to educate yourself and do your research before taking a booking as you want to make sure you’re not sold something that isn’t true.

We’ve been at this for almost a decade and have built this business on transparency and trust. So reach out if you’re questioning if a coating service is too good to be true.

Here are two truths and one lie about PPF. Let me know if you knew about these facts.

1. Paint protection film can be applied dry.
2. Paint protection film acts as a sacrificial layer for your paint.
3. PPF can self-heal from light scratches and swirls with heat.

Let me know if there are other fun facts that you know and put them in the comments

anyway this Hyundqi came to us with severe paint fade and damage on the hood and still needed some protection to increase the lifespan of the paint. With some testing we actually found the PPF completely hides the defects that were present, which allowed us to give the paint another chance at life. If you've got faded paint but have a car you plan to keep for a while, paint protection film might just be the solution you're looking for

Riddle me this, when was the last time you looked forward to cleaning a non-ceramic coated wheel? Yeah... Now imagine if they were ceramic coated.... You still wouldn't look forward to it but its hell of a lot easier to keep clean, especially when you want to take your car with a new set of wheels to an event.

One of the biggest benefits I have seen with coated wheels are not just how easy it is to keep clean, or how it keeps it glossy for years to come, not even the satisfying beading but really its the pitting and etching on the edges and corners of your spokes where cleaning is missed the most, helps prevents brake dust, dirt and debris from eating into your brand new wheels.

Be smart and bring your brand new wheels to us before you put some tyres on them, you can't regret it..

This Porsche unexpectedly fell into the right hands of its new owner, who wanted to do an overhaul of the paintwork. As you can see in the last slide, the paint was scratched like a thousand nails and water spotting almost like it was neglected for some time.

PAINT CORRECTION can be such a powerful process when in the right hands. Its a craft where you can't undo a mistake, something where it can turn a beaten panel of paint into something that looks better than factory paint, something that makes a car glisten and as reflective as a mirror.

A ceramic coating was then applied to lock in the quality and create that depth of colour and shine that you now see as the end results. What a privilege it is to do this type of work.

Want a team that feels privileged to work on your car next? Reach out and we'll give it the same time and patience as we do every car.

It's interesting to see what the big manufacturers are doing in terms of a vehicle's drivetrain. With this RAV4 they are now going with a hybrid system to make it more compliant with global emission standards. Unfortunately they are no longer making them the way they used to, with just an internal combustion engine. It's sad but I think I was in one of the last generations that was able to buy a car that didn't have a battery in it.

However as a family car or as a daily driver, I think this is the way to go. A tank of fuel can go much longer than it used to and, especially in today's living crisis, it can make the budget go a long way. This also means we are going to keep these cars for a lot longer and doing some form of paint protection is a wise investment.

If it looks like you and your family plan to keep your next new car for quite a long time, please get in touch so we can discuss methods to help increase the lifespan of your paint and make it look and feel newer for a lot longer

Everyone is asking this one question and I don't think it's openly discussed in the paint protection industry...

And that is what brand of paint protection we use. I can guarantee every other shop gets asked this too. Unfortunately customers put too much weight on this question but in reality there are more pressing questions that determine whether a shop is right for you

And the answer I give is that it's not necessarily the brand that we use, but also what's involved around it, such as:
- the processes involved
- the craft in actually wrapping a car
- customer service and aftercare to make sure the experience and results are on par with what the customer is sold on.

The rule of thumb is: if you can Google the brand and there's a variety of resources and they're active on social media, it's usually a good indicator that the PPF used is good; but most of the work comes down to literally every other aspect.

We want to win customers on trust, education, and transparency so they know exactly what they're getting. If that aligns with your needs feel free to contact.
