These specialised units are built to access areas that standard vacuum trucks simply cannot reach, including basement carparks, shopping centres, apartment complexes, loading docks and other height restricted sites.

Another afternoon emergency septic tank pump out in the lead up to Christmas.
A new customer called us up today in a panic, from The Hawkesbury River, Sydney, explaining that their septic tank was overflowing everywhere, and they had a party happening tonight at their house. And if we couldn't get a truck to them in the next couple of hours, then they may have to cancel the party. We couldn't have that on our conscious, so we sent 1 of our vac trucks straight there. The suction hose run, from our truck to their septic tank, was long, but our vacuum truck operator pumped out their overflowing septic tank, gave it a thorough clean, and fixed the problem, and was out of there. Allowing this customers party to go ahead as planned. Another happy customer.

Not a bad way to spend a monday morning for some of our team. After gaining council permits, we loaded one of our demountable vacuum tanks onto our 4x4 hilux, deflated the tyres to aprox 10psi. Then drove along the beach at Camp Cove, Watsons Bay, until we reached the rear of the property that required their stormwater tank to be pumped out. We managed to complete the pumpout and get back onto the road before the high tide washed us into the harbour. Was close, but we pulled it off without any issues.
