An interesting blocked stormwater drain on Sydney's Lower North Shore. During underground boring the Gas Company drilled through their customers earthenware stormwater drain and installed a plastic gas line through one side of the stormwater line and out the other side. The stormwater line only blocked up due to tree roots growing into the pipe through the damaged entry and exit points. We cleared the blockage, removed the tree roots, electronically located and marked out the damaged sections and provided the customer with a link to this video to submit to the Gas Company for further investigation and compensation.
