Dear Saasu Customers,

On Monday, December 16, 2024, our platform experienced a major outage that affected key functionalities, including recurring sales, report generation, and pay runs. This was caused by an unexpected update applied by our provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), on Sunday, December 15, which disrupted critical server communications.

Despite extensive recovery efforts, most data from this period remains unrecoverable. We have since collaborated with Amazon Web Services to prevent such incidents in the future.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure greater platform reliability.
