I’ve been cleaning my entire life.
I was raised by strong, hardworking women who built businesses and knew what it meant to take pride in a home.
I learned how to manage a household before I was even 10.
Since then, I’ve cleaned everything, high end hotels, Airbnbs, million dollar builder cleans.
I’ve spent decades mastering my craft.
At 3am, I’m still up washing cloths, preparing for the next day.
This isn’t just a job. It’s a lifestyle.
I’m a holistic cleaner. Not a trend. Not a label.
I’ve studied plants, ingredients, and eco friendly systems for years to provide truly low-tox cleaning.
In an industry that pushes fast and cheap, I chose a different path.

Golden Slipper Cleaning: A Journey of Awakening & Healing

I am re sharing a post I shared last year….. with a new video attached.

Four years ago, my life changed forever. I had a deep awakening one that opened my eyes to the toxicity hidden in everyday life. The cleaning industry is filled with fake fragrances and harmful chemicals, and I knew I could no longer ignore it. My mission became clear: to create a cleaner, safer, and more energetically pure environment for my clients. 🌏💫

Not everyone understood why I was doing this. Many questioned it. But I trusted my path, knowing that true change often starts alone. Through this journey, I’ve educated myself in so many ways learning how to detox homes, businesses, and even mindsets. And in helping others, I found deep healing within myself. 💜

Golden Slipper was one of the first cleaning businesses in Sydney to infuse essential oils into every clean offering a natural, high vibrational alternative to toxic chemicals. We also provide sage and palo santo cleansing upon request, bringing a deeper level of purity and energetic renewal into your space. 🌬️🔥

My lifestyle choices have led me to a healthier, more aligned Abbie, and this energy filters through my business, my team, and the homes we care for. Everything is connected. 💫

Everything around us carries a certain energetic signature, often described in the metaphysical world as vibrational frequency. While this isn’t measured in scientific MHz, it’s a helpful symbolic way to understand how different items can feel heavier, lighter, cleansing, or draining in our environment.
Here’s a simple breakdown of the symbolic frequency levels commonly associated with everyday cleaning products:
🧴 Low-Frequency Household Items
These items are often seen as dense, chemically harsh, and energetically heavy:
Bleach — 0–2 MHz
Dish Soap — 3–5 MHz
Dishwasher Tablets — 1–3 MHz
Air Fresheners — 0–3 MHz
Washing Powder / Laundry Detergent — 2–5 MHz

Who would have thought that scrubbing toilets for years would lead me here? Cinderella finally went to the ball. 🪬

I started this business during a global pandemic with just 49 cents to my name and nothing but love in my heart. I had just faced personal loss, navigated grief, and even experienced homelessness. I went through one of the loneliest and darkest periods of my life, and while I isolated, it also built me.
This business was born from soul and love, never ego. I remember driving the heavy rigid trucks on and off for two years, while opening and closing Golden Slipper Cleaning as COVID restrictions came and went, pouring everything I had into something I believed in. Later, I had to make the decision to go all in, even while navigating IVF battles and various health challenges.
All those years of educating myself, learning how to infuse plants and essential oils into homes and workspaces, and building a business from the ground up it all paid off. We are proud to be Sydney’s first holistic cleaning business.
Receiving the Outstanding Cleaning Business Award 2025 BAYSIDE is truly mind blowing. I can’t thank my small but mighty team enough for their dedication, energy, and love that goes into every home and space we care for.
