Our team completed a full floor renovation, including:

βœ” Removal of existing carpet
βœ” Removal of existing skirting boards
βœ” Application of primer to ensure maximum adhesion
βœ” Self-leveller applied to create a flat and even surface
βœ” Installation of 1200x200 timber-look porcelain tiles in a natural timber pattern layout
βœ” 1.5mm self-levelling spacers used to minimise lippage and achieve a premium finish
βœ” Finished with Havana grout to complement the timber-look tiles perfectly

Our team successfully completed a 3-way bathroom renovation from start to finish in a mere 24 days. The project entailed the removal of old ceilings, existing walls, and entire floor areas, followed by resheeting with villaboard, rewaterproofing the floors and walls to ceiling height, and fitting new bathroom fixtures, a bath, tapware, and vanity. To create a more open feel, we chose square set ceilings over traditional cornices. Furthermore, we repainted the architraves, ceilings, and window seals, and installed new 30x60 tiles on the floors and walls to enhance the sense of space and modernity.

This week, my team and I had the opportunity to complete two distinct projects for our appreciated clients. We regrouted the shower area and also undertook regrouting of the kitchen splashback area. Moreover, the kitchen floor and front entrance area were demolished and replaced with 60x60 tiles and misty grey colour grout, carefully matched to the tiles. A kitchen splash back my team and I have recently completed for another valued client. We prepared the wall for tiling by filling it in We utilized subway tiles in a light grey hue, arranged in a brick pattern style, and complemented them with bright white grout to create a striking visual effect and applied two coats of sealer to protect the grout and finished with white silicone to match the grout and prevent cracking. πŸ‘ŒπŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‘πŸ’•
