These 3D concept drawings give the client a clearer picture of how the space will come together, from the layout and storage through to natural light, finishes and the overall feel of the room.

For renovations and extensions, this stage is important. It helps everyone get on the same page early, make better decisions before construction starts and reduce changes later in the build.

A full bathroom transformation for this Manly Vale home.

The original bathroom had a dated layout, older tiling, a built-in bath and a shower screen that made the room feel smaller than it needed to.

The finished space feels much cleaner and more open, with large-format grey tiles carried through the shower zone, a frameless glass screen, double basin vanity and mirrored shaving cabinets for extra storage.

The wider shower area, lighter wall tiles and long window help bring more natural light through the room, while the darker floor and feature tiles add contrast without making the space feel heavy.

A practical bathroom renovation with a much better use of space, more storage and a cleaner modern finish.

Water getting under the house and into the garage is never something you want to ignore.

On this job, runoff from higher up in the backyard was pushing straight through the retaining wall and making its way toward the home.

We dug in behind the wall, cleaned it back, re-waterproofed it using a Drizoro waterproofing system, then redirected the water so it can move around the wall and away from the house.

Retaining walls need more than just strength. They need proper waterproofing and drainage behind them, especially when they’re holding back soil and water pressure. Drizoro systems are commonly used for below-ground areas like retaining walls, foundations and basements because they’re designed to help protect concrete and masonry from water ingress.

A good fix starts with understanding where the water is coming from, then giving it somewhere better to go.

The fixtures you choose make a big difference in a bathroom.
