Original Paint. Preserved, not destroyed.
This genuine TRD Ford Laser came in for a paint restoration and preservation detail. These are actually pretty rare now days!
When working on original paint, the goal isn’t to chase perfection at all costs. It’s about longevity.
We also steamed the engine bay and gave it a nice little freshen up removing years of oil and grease.
Every time paint is polished, material is removed. On rare, original cars like this, preserving that paint is just as important as improving it.
Our approach was simple:
