About Us�We are a well-established external cleaning company servicing commercial and residential clients across the Sunshine Coast and parts of North Brisbane. Operating from our centrally located office and warehouse in Kuluin, we also run a growing e-commerce business alongside our cleaning services.
About the Role�We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support both our cleaning operations and e-commerce activities. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Schedule jobs and coordinate staff bookings
* Prepare invoices, follow up outstanding payments, and assist with quoting
* Use our CRM system to manage client and job data (experience with similar systems preferred)
* Monitor incoming e-commerce orders
* Pick, pack, and dispatch stock from our warehouse
* Maintain and control stock levels
* Learn product knowledge to assist with customer sales and enquiries
* Assist trade clients purchasing directly from the premises
* Upload and manage social media content
* Create and distribute monthly newsletters
About You
* Previous administrative experience preferred
* Experience with CRM systems highly regarded
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
* Comfortable working across admin, warehouse, and customer service tasks
* Basic understanding of social media and marketing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
