No one was really taking much notice of what Koby was eating at lunchtime until the day he emptied out his lunch bag at the end of the day and saw that he had eaten quite a few serves of yogurt. We asked where all the yogurt came from…. “Well some was from mum, I grabbed a couple from the shop and then when I was filling up the truck the lady from the servo gave me some”

About the Role�We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support both our cleaning operations and e-commerce activities. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Schedule jobs and coordinate staff bookings
* Prepare invoices, follow up outstanding payments, and assist with quoting
* Use our CRM system to manage client and job data (experience with similar systems preferred)
* Monitor incoming e-commerce orders
* Pick, pack, and dispatch stock from our warehouse
* Maintain and control stock levels
* Learn product knowledge to assist with customer sales and enquiries
* Assist trade clients purchasing directly from the premises
* Upload and manage social media content
* Create and distribute monthly newsletters
About You
* Previous administrative experience preferred
* Experience with CRM systems highly regarded
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
* Comfortable working across admin, warehouse, and customer service tasks
* Basic understanding of social media and marketing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Well that wraps up another school holiday period. We were busy as usual..
-Coomera rivers state school had all roofs washed
-Murrumba downs state school had the entire spine roof washed.
-kuluin primary school had all gutters cleaned
-Buderim mt school had all gutters cleaned
-Good Sam’s in Bli Bli had concrete cleaned
-Peregian state school had roofs and walls washed
-Brightwater state school had roofs and walls washed
We also were still able to service our regular clients cleaning four McDonald’s restaurants and service to the local boat ramps.
Josh has some catch up to do in the office today so if you’re waiting for a quote, it’s on its way!
