We are looking for a mature minded, office cleaning professional who can work efficiently and who have an excellent eye for detail.

Cleaning experience highly regarded, though not essential.
Casual position initially, consistent weekly work with a view to becoming PPT as per award conditions.

Workers Comp Cover, Portable Long Service Leave, uniforms (polo’s), cleaning equipment and product all provided. Award wages apply (Award MA000022)

NB - You DO NOT need an ABN.

Current award rates are as per the Cleaning Services Award MA000022. (Shout out if you want to know the actual rates if you can't find them)

Plus 12% super from 01/07/2025

Due to the nature of some of our clients and the work we do, to be eligible you must:

· Hold current Australian Citizenship,

· Be willing and eligible to obtain a criminal history clearance (this is at no cost to you)

· Have a clean criminal history, and have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)

· Be reasonably physically fit with no existing physical injuries. Cleaning is a tough gig. We don’t want you to injure yourself further

· Be well presented. Our clients are generally corporate businesses, so being able to present yourself in a professional way is essential

- Have strong leadership, problems solving and communications skills

Where will you work …
You will be working across multiple areas including, but not limited to Baringa/ Aura, Birtinya and Maroochydore. We cover all locations from Baringa through to K***a Park.

What does this look like for you?
Most of our staff average around 2 - 3 shifts a week including most Friday evenings.
Most shifts are between 3-4.5hrs, however start times differ at different locations, so you could finish anytime up to 1030pm.

$31.86/hr 600pm - Midnight (M-F) inc 25% casual loading along with any other relevant penalties, laundry, and travel allowances
Plus 10.5% super

Due to the nature of some of our clients and the work we do, to be eligible you must:
· Hold current Australian Citizenship,
· Be willing and eligible to obtain a criminal history clearance (this is at no cost to you)
· Have a clean criminal history, and have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
· Have had two (2) or more covid vaccinations
· Be reasonably physically fit with no existing physical injuries. Cleaning is a tough gig. We don’t want you to injure yourself further
· Be well presented. Our clients are generally corporate businesses, so being able to present yourself in a professional way is essential

Where will you work …
You will be working across multiple areas including, but not limited to Birtinya, Alex Heads, Maroochydore, and Sippy Downs.

What does this look like for you?
You will work a minimum of 3 shifts a week including most Friday evenings and every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday once you are fully trained.

Most shifts are between 4-4.5hrs and start from 600pm.

Yesterday, we completed our annual steam clean of carpets, office chairs and pressure cleaning of the outdoor area's for one of our large contact centre clients!

40 hours+ spent freshening up 340+ office chairs, lounges and about 1000 sqr mtrs of carpet, not to mention the pressure cleaning!

It was a very long, hot day, but we had our fabulous team, everyone was happy, worked hard and we got it done.

Our client let us know this morning that they were thrilled with the results, so our job here is done! :D

Cleaning on this scale is not just a quick vacuum and mop.

Full cleaning programs need to be designed and implemented, commercial grade products trialled, heavy duty machinery purchased and a full compliment of amazing fully trained staff is required.

We have been with this particular client for 10 years in January, which is not the norm is our industry. We are very proud of the fact that the professional relationships we have formed with the leadership team and ground staff are genuine and that our clients are happy to stay with us year in and year out.

One of our existing customers needed some special attention for their BBQ.

We treated the BBQ with a degreaser, a pressure clean, disinfectant, another pressure clean and finished off with a silver polish!

BBQ came up an absolute treat! Client thrilled!

If you are a tea or coffee drinker staining and tannin can be an issue in your cups, especially if you use fine bone china.

Scrubbing damages the glaze so use Napysan instead.

Put one tablespoon of Napysan into your cup/mug and fill with boiling water.

Leave for an hour and rinse well.

Final result is back to spotlessly clean without the damage!
